Returns & Refunds
Designs & Artwork are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, therefore refunds for design work will not be given where work has already commenced. The design remains property of Kall Kwik Northampton.
Please check all digital and printed proofs VERY carefully before confirming it's ready for print as a refund will not be issued if any further amends are required after going to print. However, we do understand that from time to time things may be missed when checking your proofs, we wont penalise you for being human so if you need a reprint on a recent job we'll try to help out where we can, contact email@example.com for enquiries.
If artwork has been supplied by you (the customer) we are not liable for any issues or colour differences when going to print. If you have concerns about colour or visibility please request a printed proof prior to the full run as a refund will not be offered.
If items are lost in transit via third-party courier/delivery company, although we will do everything we can to help, we will not be liable to cover costs of the print and a refund/replacement will not be issued automatically.
Decisions on returns and refunds are made at the exclusive discretion of Wolf & Bee Ltd. t/a Kall Kwik Northampton.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
