Business Update - January 2021
New Year, New Rules!
Less than a week into 2021 and we are all continuing to face huge challenges when it comes to keeping our businesses alive.
We know for the majority of our customers, being able to access print services is crucial to the ongoing running and promotion of their businesses. Whilst it comes with a different set of safety rules, we are pleased to tell you we can remain printing during the weeks ahead.
Due to the latest restrictions, our shop is closed to the public, except for doorstep collections only with pre-arranged time slots. It is really important you stick to your given collection slot as we need to minimise queuing and contact with others and still be able to continue to print orders whilst on a skeleton staff. Please also note that we can only accept work received remotely and are not able to handle photocopying or memory sticks etc unless they are quarantined for 72 hours.
We will strive to achieve our quick turnaround times, however, there may be times where this isn’t possible. We thank you for your patience and ask that you allow as much time as possible wherever you can when placing your orders.
Design services can continue as usual as our design team all work from home. We have great packages available for start up companies, or those that are re-branding.
It goes without saying that Covid-19 related print material is still available whilst there are still material stocks. We are able to print all manner of signage, posters, stickers as well as providing other safety equipment. Our prices are fantastic and we add your own message or branding to these items free of charge.
On a slightly more optimistic note, we were able to share at the end of last year that we have taken keys to our new business premises. Rest assured, we have considered our customers convenience when making this decision and are delighted to tell you we will be moving into number 2 Bridge Street, immediately opposite where we are now. Although we do not have an exact date to open there yet but by the 30th March, we will be fully operational in our new home.
