FULL PRODUCTION SERVICE AS USUAL

 

Throughout the pandemic, Kall Kwik Farnham have maintained a full range of production services while continuing to remain cautious. We have reviewed our operational policy and developed a socially distanced ‘drop-off and collection’ system, protecting our customers and staff. To find out more about how this system works, please view our step- by-step guide below. This will still remain in effect after 19th July 2021 for the foreseeable future, until we feel it is safe to operate as before. We thank you for your cooperation. OUR STEP BY STEP GUIDE
From requesting quotes, to collecting your items -
here’s a step-by-step guide on our current procedures.
 

STEP 1 – REQUEST A QUOTE
DIGITAL: Email your document and requirements to sales@kkfarnham.co.uk
to request a quote for your project.


HARDCOPY: If you have items that need scanning or copying, please leave in the front entrance lobby marked with your name, contact number and instructions.

 

STEP 2 – CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
We email you with your quote and timescale.
Once confirmed, please make your payment by calling us on 01252 710927

 

STEP 3 – COLLECTION
Once your items are ready, we will inform you.
Items will be marked for your attention and left in the front entrance lobby for collection.

We are still here to support your business and we are running a full print and design service for all our clients.

In these difficult times of uncertainly why not think about your branding and marketing.  We have graphic designers able to help and a print service for everything from your business cards right through to roller banners, PVC banners and signage.

Support for staff working remotely

We are ideally placed to offer you an off-site print room function if yours isn’t operational.
We can directly support your business if your staffing levels are reduced and we can put a system in place to support any staff members who may be forced to work remotely:
• We can arrange delivery and posting of items on your behalf.
• You can email your work to us and we can arrange for it to be delivered back to you – so reducing the risk to you and your staff.
• We are happy to carry stock of your branded stationery on your behalf.
