How to plan for an exhibition or event in London

Planning for an event can be stressful. There are so many things to think about. What type of stand do you need for the exhibition you’re exhibiting at? How will you promote your attendance? How to get people interested at the show? How to keep the conversation going after the event?

What printed materials do I need for an exhibition?

Kall Kwik Chiswick are specialists at producing great print for exhibitions and events. From the exhibition stands themselves, to goody bags printed with your logo we can help you to plan your event.

To help, we’ve created a handy checklist that includes everything you’ll need for a successful exhibition.

Had you thought about what branded giveaways to have on the stand to attract customers? That’s on the list. What about name badges for your representatives? They’re also on the list. Velcro, extension cables, a toolkit? You get the idea, our list is pretty comprehensive!

Having provided display material to events at Olympia, ExCeL London, Earls Court as well as other venues throughout London, including the Houses of Parliament, we can help create all the printed elements for your stand.

Feel free to download our checklist, and if you need any printed materials, get in touch!

Exhibition stands, pull up banners and pop up stands for your exhibition

The type of stand you require determines on a number of factors. The size of the space, how often you exhibit, and your budget should all influence your decision.

Bespoke exhibition stands are designed from scratch and personalised to your exacting needs. Built specifically for a one off event, a bespoke stand will have the biggest impact, but is also the most expensive.

A cheaper alternative may be a modular display stand. Made from interconnecting elements, a modular stand can be reconfigured to work at different exhibitions, regardless of space. Once purchased, the stand can be used time and time again, making it ideal for companies that exhibit at a number of events.

A pop up stand is a more lightweight option, which still packs a large marketing punch. Lightweight and portable, the frame can be quickly assembled, with graphic panels attached by magnets.

One final display solution is a pull up or roller banner. Easy to transport, and quick to put up a roller banner can create a professional looking display area in seconds. Combine two or more roller banners to create a strong visual impact.
